This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody or release, obtain an official booking record, post bond, or take action on a person’s case. Use the responsible public office for those requests.

Official Hutchinson County Contacts

Hutchinson County divides its main records and detention functions between Borger and Stinnett. Use the sheriff’s published contacts for a precise question, and verify the current phone number and procedure before relying on it.

Choose the Correct Official Route

Records can move from a city hold to county detention and later to a court or another custody system. The source depends on what is being verified.

  • For current county detention or a recent county release, use the HCSO roster chooser and select the appropriate current or 48 Hour Release view.
  • For a defined booking sheet or photograph, send a written request through HCSO records, identifying the person, booking number if known, and booking date.
  • For a later district-court result, search available records in Hutchinson County Odyssey or contact the appropriate clerk.
  • For a city-initiated arrest that does not appear in county detention, contact the relevant city police or records custodian. Borger, Fritch, and Stinnett do not have a verified current city booking blotter.
  • For a person in state prison, use the Texas Department of Criminal Justice inmate information path rather than the county roster.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the Bureau of Prisons locator or the ICE Online Detainee Locator, each of which has separate coverage rules.

The county record reference explains the current-roster, release-view, records-request, and court-source distinctions in more detail. A not-found result in one system does not establish that no arrest or case exists.
